Classroom training will be conducted in the La Quinta Conference Room. This is the location where everyone will meet to begin each training day. Those registering to stay at the La Quinta should mention both KJAY Publishing - And Fixer Jay Seminar to get the lowest rates.
REGISTRATION: A map showing nearby restaurants and motels, (Including room rates), all within walking distance of the La Quinta Conference room will be mailed to you after we receive your registration fees or deposit. TIME: Jay's Seminar starts at 8:30 a.m. each morning at La Quinta Conference Room. Doors will open at 8:00 a.m.the first day to complete registration. Classes will end at 5:00 p.m.each day.
REFUNDS: Full refunds will be made if you notify KJAY that you are unable to attend ten (10 ) days prior to seminar date - others canceling will receive full credit towards Jay's next Landlording Seminar or Fixer Camp.
