Nonetheless, if the estate is settled and they really do wish to sell bad enough - you must find out if they're willing to carry most of the financing, or some. If there's a single owner, it's always best to sit down with him or her and try to find out what they will take! With low rents, you may have an opportunity to purchase at a reasonable price, based on comparable prices in your area. If they will carry financing, I would much prefer to give them their asking price - within reason of course, in exchange for them giving me good terms! Im just not sure best way to approach for owner financing . I know this is probably not the right place for this ? & if you don't offer any free advise on this I certianly won't think the worse of you Jay cause I love you anyway.
