They can be in downtown areas - even mixed in with stores or industrial activities. All cities and town have these locations. They are not slums, they are areas where working people live - in my town mostly young and seniors living on modest incomes. At my FIXER CAMP seminars, seeing my properties is of great value to students learning this business. I guess my big question is how do you define a SLUM? What criteria should I use to determine whether an area is a slum or a good investment opportunity?
