		<description>Mainly - locations I refer to are older commercial or residential areas that existed before subdivisions &amp; freeways.  They can be in downtown areas - even mixed in with stores or industrial activities.  All cities and town have these locations.  They are not slums, they are areas where working people live - in my town mostly young and seniors living on modest incomes.  At my FIXER CAMP seminars, seeing my properties is of great value to students learning this business.
